Superstar jockey Craig Williams found himself in unfamiliar territory on Sunday riding at Muswellbrook for the first time.
“Paul rang me up. I thought he was going to ring me up for Autumn Glow, but it wasn’t the case,” Williams said.
“He said, ‘what you doing on the Sunday’. I said recovering, tennis with the family in the morning, movies in the afternoon. He said, ‘want to go to the races?’
“He’s given me three nice rides up there. I’m going to have to work really hard to beat all the locals.”
