Noblet chasing the Cash again with Super in UBET Classic 2018

Super Cash finished midfield behind Secret Agenda in the 2017 UBET Classic, officially known as the Robert Sangster Stakes, but she has firmed from $8 to $7 for Saturday’s edition of the mares’ event.
Caulfield trainer Andrew Noblet has kept Super Cash fresh for the $1 million race. The five-year-old has won five of her six first-up starts and has not raced since her fresh success in the Group II Rubiton Stakes (1100m) at Caulfield in February.
Super Cash won a trial at Cranbourne on April 3. The daughter of Written Tycoon has since pleased Noblet with her progress towards her Adelaide test.
“She’s in with a good show. She’s going well, and she has had the decent amount of time between runs,” Noblet said.
“As long as she gets over there in one piece, she’ll run well.
“It’s a decent field and a good race for a million bucks so they got what they wanted there
“I think there is not many missing as far as the quality mares.”
Noblet was thrilled to see Super Cash had drawn barrier nine, which he said gave jockey Craig Williams plenty of options early in the race.
“I was happy with the draw. I’d rather be there in the middle of the field than down on the inside that late in the day,” Noblet said.
“He can steer her anywhere from that barrier.
“I had a quick look over it and there seems to be good speed in it. She should get a nice sit run just behind them.”
